Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in transporting temperature-sensitive freight from our distribution centers to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a current Multi-Combination (MC) license, and some knowledge of refrigerated transport. They will be responsible for maintaining accurate paperwork, safely transporting goods, and adhering to relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records and paperwork
  • Transport goods safely and efficiently
  • Adhere to transport, food, and safety standards
Benefits:
  • Paid at $0.5357 per kilometer
  • On call allowance - additional $25.45 per hour from midnight until a start time has been confirmed
  • Breakdown allowance - additional $25.45 per hour for a max of 8 hrs in a 24hr period
  • Pre & Post trip duties allowance - additional $25 allowance will be paid if all pre & post trip duties are completed
