Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Ophthalmic Technician/Medical Assistant/Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting visual examinations and ophthalmic scans, assisting in the organisation of planned operations, and providing exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and doctors. You will also have attention to detail, accurate documentation of patient information, and experience working with medical software.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary range of $58,000.00 - $97,017.08 per year, plus opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting visual examinations and ophthalmic scans
  • Assisting in the organisation of planned operations
  • Liaising with referrers and private hospitals/day hospital
  • Assisting in minor procedures on site
  • Managing patient enquires
  • Organisation/ordering of clinic stock

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a busy clinic or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, accurate documentation of patient information
  • Computer literacy and experience with medical software
