Optical Dispenser and Keyholder

We are looking for a skilled Optical Dispenser and Keyholder to join our team. As an Optical Dispenser and Keyholder, you will be responsible for providing eye care and eyewear styling advice to patients and prospective clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Dispensing lenses and frames per prescriptions provided by our Optometrists
  • Building meaningful relationships with our clientele that gives them a reason to visit us again
  • Assisting with opening and closing procedures

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1+ years experience in optical, or 2+ years retail sales experience
  • Previously entrusted with store opening/closing duties
  • Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical skills
  • Confident, clear and effective communication skills
  • Capable of building trusting and respectful relationships
  • Self-motivated, positive and friendly manner

Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing is highly desired, but not essential.
