About the RoleAs a Suncorp Bank Banking Consultant, you'll provide outstanding levels of sales and service, supporting customers via Face to Face interaction and inbound & outbound calls with Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings, and processes. You'll balance team, customer, risk, and performance outcomes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures and external requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering customer-obsessed service that drives customer satisfaction and first call resolution.
- Providing timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings, and processes via telephone and/or online channels.
- Demonstrating the ability to listen, build trust, and ask the right questions to exceed customers' expectations and improve customer outcomes, resulting in strong NPS outcomes.
- Contributing to a team culture that's balanced across people, customer, risk, and performance.

- Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measures.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
- Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team member.

- Computer literacy and navigation skills.
