About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service and support to members, addressing their banking needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process transactions, manage accounts, and perform other banking-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell our products and services, helping members to achieve their financial goals.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and lending targets, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with our products and services, and provide expert advice to members on their banking options.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using banking software and systems.
