Job Title: Structural Engineer for Infrastructure Development

About the Role:
Beca is seeking an ambitious Associate Structural Engineer to join our expanding team. As a key member of our structural engineering team, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative solutions for clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions that meet client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, architects, and clients to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Civil (Structural) Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong steel design expertise and knowledge of industry regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a consulting environment and collaborate with remote teams.
