Job Description

The role of Tender Coordinator involves coordinating proposal activities to ensure the successful submission of tenders. This includes planning, managing and controlling the tender process from start to finish.

Tender Coordinators are responsible for preparing tender documents, coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to meet key milestones.

They also provide administrative support, manage resources, and maintain accurate records of submitted tenders.

Effective communication and organization skills are essential for this role as they will be working closely with colleagues and external stakeholders.


Requirements

Applicants should have previous experience in a similar role and possess intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills are also essential for success in this position.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of professionalism is expected.
