Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

We are seeking an experienced and skilled mechanical fitter to join our maintenance team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems and be able to perform high-quality maintenance on plant and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant and equipment
  • Develop and conduct task-based risk assessments
  • Manage work orders in our system
  • Apply for and receive permits to work
  • Lead small teams and assess plant conditions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Relevant trade certification (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade)
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a mechanical fitter
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently
