About the Role

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale ICT application development projects, working closely with the Program Manager and Program Director to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising between senior management and delivery teams to ensure releases align with the program schedule and deliverables
  • Providing input into the Program Management Plan and developing program increments and associated schedules
  • Leading a release train and ensuring employees maintain high-level specialist, professional, and/or technical expertise through coaching and training

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success and experience managing large complex ICT application development projects following agile principles and 'scrum' methods (over 5 years' experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and manage project risks, and troubleshoot project issues
  • Knowledge and experience applying agile delivery principles and practices
  • Relevant ICT qualifications and/or industry certifications
