We are seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Specialist to work remotely with our regional customers and stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, inspecting, reconditioning, and repairing complex mechanical issues with heavy diesel products.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues with heavy diesel products">
  • Conducting regular proactive service maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance">
  • Ensuring safety, quality, and housekeeping rules are followed at all times to maintain a safe working environment">
  • Documenting machine information and repairs completed on work orders for accurate tracking and analysis">
  • Managing consignment stock allocated to the region to meet customer needs">
  • Staying current on industry and product information to provide expert advice and guidance to customers and stakeholders">
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our customer base in the region through effective communication and problem-solving skills">

Requirements for the role include:

  • ">
  • Strong technical background in mechanical trade or related field">
  • Experience in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products">
  • Current and valid driver's license">
  • Excellent customer service focus and dedicated work ethic">
  • Mature attitude and logical and methodical approach to work">
  • Possession of high-risk work tickets and/or licenses (highly regarded)">
  • Knowledge and understanding of equipment design and function (highly regarded)">
