Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Diesel Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy diesel equipment
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with heavy diesel engines
  • Conduct performance tests and tune-ups on heavy diesel equipment
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and time spent on tasks
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A recognized trade certificate in a relevant field (e.g., heavy diesel mechanics)
  • Detailed knowledge of heavy earthmoving equipment and mining regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Current C Class Drivers Licence – manual
