Job Title: Indoor Plant Care Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Indoor Plant Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

  • Meet with the team at our warehouse site in Dingley to discuss daily tasks and ensure seamless plant maintenance operations.
  • Travel to commercial client sites in company vehicles to conduct regular plant upkeep, including pruning and watering.
  • Greet and communicate with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Carry out indoor plant maintenance, including pruning, watering, and repotting, to maintain a high level of plant health and aesthetics.
  • Assist with green-wall maintenance and repairs, working closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion.

A valid driver's license and willingness to work variable shifts are essential requirements for this role. Full training is provided, and work shirts/jumpers are included in the uniform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular plant inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Maintaining accurate records of plant maintenance activities and monitoring plant health.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure seamless plant care operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated passion for indoor plants and gardens, with knowledge of plant care and maintenance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to work variable shifts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Working Conditions:

  • Variable work schedule, including early starts and evening shifts.
  • 8 hour shift, with regular breaks and time off during peak seasons.
