Role Summary

This is a key role within the retail industry, focusing on customer service excellence and commercial acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with delivering financial targets and company key performance indicators.

They will also focus on creating a warm and genuine customer experience, driving sales, profit, and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional service skills and a strong sense of personal style and presentation. They will also have the ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.

In addition, they will support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful in-store experience.
  • Assist in driving sales, profit, and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business.
  • Support the Concession Manager by ensuring the team has an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen.
  • Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
Requirements:
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters.
  • Support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training, and development of the team.
  • Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
