We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Customer Service Focused Leader. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail, has excellent customer service skills, and is eager to learn and grow with our business.
About the Position
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Support customers in finding the best Bedding products to meet their needs
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maximize sales and achieve store targets
- Assist in resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services
- Participate in visual merchandising and stock management tasks to maintain a visually appealing store environment
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-focused retail business, preferably with Bedding product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays
