Chief Vulnerability Mitigator

As a seasoned security expert, you will play a pivotal role in mitigating vulnerabilities and ensuring the integrity of our systems.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record of developing and implementing effective vulnerability mitigation strategies. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner, conducting thorough risk assessments, and providing recommendations for improvement. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging threats and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive vulnerability mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize vulnerabilities
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain expertise in emerging threats and technologies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security engineering or a related field
  • Proven track record of mitigating vulnerabilities in complex systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in security or a related field (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CISSP)
  • Experience with industry-recognized security frameworks and standards
