About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping our betting products and risk management strategies. As a member of our Data Science team, you will apply quantitative and analytical methods to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business value.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain predictive models that inform our risk and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and ensure effective project progress reporting.
  • Analyze commercial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Work with technology teams to implement software engineering best practices and ensure seamless model deployment.
About You
  • You possess experience in building, deploying, and maintaining data science projects using R, Python, SQL, AWS, and Databricks.
  • You have excellent attention to detail and can work effectively with stakeholders to mitigate risks and optimize project outcomes.
  • You are passionate about applying mathematical concepts to real-world problems in gambling, sports, racing, risk, and human behavior.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of statistical and computational methods for identifying patterns, extracting insights, and making predictions from complex datasets.
  • You are flexible and resilient, able to adapt to different workflows and priorities.
