We're seeking a highly skilled Data Innovation Specialist to drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions that enhance decision-making, automation, and optimisation.

About the Role

This is a key role in shaping the future of healthcare analytics, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve business performance.

  • Develop & Implement Advanced Analytics: Build and deploy data products and applications using SQL and Python to automate processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights.
  • Apply Advanced Statistical Methods: Utilise statistical methods to solve complex business problems, exploring data to uncover opportunities for process automation and optimisation.
  • End-to-End Solution Development: Design and implement scalable analytic solutions, adhering to team standards and frameworks while driving innovation in our analytics capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Value: Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions that meet business objectives, translating complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Work Collaboratively: Engage with Data Platform Engineers & Machine Learning Developers to productionise models and build user-friendly applications.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously update knowledge on industry trends to drive innovation in our analytics capabilities.
Requirements
  • Advanced Skills: Extensive experience in data science, analytics or decision science roles, with expertise in SQL, Python, and statistical methods.
  • Data Visualisation: Strong understanding of data visualisation tools (Looker) to effectively communicate insights.
  • Automation Tools: Hands-on experience with data apps & automation tools (Streamlit, Google App Script, etc.) to streamline processes.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to bridge technical and business teams, providing clear and concise recommendations.
