We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Leader to oversee our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout the hotel.

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain our hotel's image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily cleaning and presentation of public areas, including common areas, bathrooms, lounges, reception, and corridors.
  • Monitor and maintain cleaning standards in accordance with contractual and company requirements.
  • Supervise the cleaning team to ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard and on schedule.
  • Provide on-the-job training and support for team members to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in housekeeping management software is advantageous.
  • Police check.
  • You must have work rights within Australia.
