We are seeking a seasoned Team Lead to manage our Housekeeping and Cleaning operations.

Job Summary
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring the efficient cleaning of guest rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of housekeeping staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Clean guest rooms and common areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Maintain stock levels of guest amenities and advertising materials, ensuring adequate supplies at all times.
  • Ensure towels and linen are replaced and stored correctly, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Report lost property, maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.
  • Use appropriate chemicals for cleaning purposes, maintaining safe work practices and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Clean public areas and back-of-house areas, ensuring the overall appearance of the facility is maintained.
  • Assist with call-outs for housekeeping and caretaking duties, providing support to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
  • Hold an Australian Business Number (ABN).
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Be effective in time management, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Display a positive working attitude, contributing to a productive and harmonious work environment.
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment, adapting to changing circumstances as required.
  • Maintain a high standard of grooming and presentation, reflecting positively on the organization.
  • Be flexible to work a 7-day week rotating roster, accommodating various shifts and schedules.
