Strata Management Assistant Job Description
As a Strata Management Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of strata managers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our strata services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to strata managers, including drafting and distributing meeting notices and minutes according to legislation.
- Prepare and collate documentation for meetings, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded.
- Process and submit owner requests to committees, maintaining clear communication with clients and contractors.
- Offer telephone and reception support, providing a positive first impression for our clients.
- Perform data entry and maintain records manually and electronically, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Produce high-quality correspondence and documents, representing our company's professionalism.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of administration and/or customer service experience, preferably in real estate, banking, finance, insurance, or other professional services industry.
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Customer service focus, prioritizing client satisfaction and delivering exceptional results.
- Ability to meet challenges with calmness and resilience, maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
