We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead high-level risk assessments across Australia. As a national technical lead, you'll mentor our growing team and guide clients through complex regulatory and scientific challenges.

This role involves delivering detailed human health and ecological risk assessments for contaminated sites, leading the development of Conceptual Site Models (CSMs) and exposure assessments, interpreting toxicological, site, and exposure data to inform health/ecological risks, reviewing or preparing site-specific risk-based criteria, advising clients, auditors, and regulators on site management strategies, supporting business development and proposal writing, and mentoring and training emerging risk assessors within the team.

To succeed in this role, you'll require a degree in Environmental Science, Toxicology, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a similar field, with a minimum of 8+ years' experience in risk assessment roles. You'll need strong technical knowledge of NEPM, CRC CARE, enHealth, and relevant state-based frameworks, as well as experience working on complex industrial or contaminated land sites. A collaborative mindset and genuine interest in mentoring others are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
