National Facility Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our national telecommunications facilities. This role will see you support multisite operations, responsible for delivering facility management services.
A snapshot of your responsibilities:- Ensure all Assets are maintained to the standard required in terms of planned, reactive and capital works.
- Conduct regular audits of the field workforce, including contractors against client policies and standards.
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with client representatives via regular formal meetings.
- Act as the representative for all facilities within designated areas.
- Coordinate site related issues and provide technical expertise as required.
- Attend meetings with clients to coordinate activities, strategies and planning to meet business needs.
- Conduct regular site inspections in accordance with agreed standards and schedule.
- Manage incidents and restore sites to normal conditions.
- Ensure allocated resources are effectively utilized.
- Adhere to quality standards.
