About the Role

Metricon Homes Australia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the hiring process, employee onboarding, and overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality HR support to our hiring managers and employees, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes;
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures;
  • Manage and process HR documentation, including employee contracts, performance management, and other HR-related matters;
  • Support the General Manager in achieving HR-related goals and objectives;
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting Metricon's culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in an HR role, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management;
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
