Job Title: Qualified Community Care Workers

We are seeking a skilled and caring individual to join our team as a Qualified Community Care Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Job Description:

We offer a part-time role with a minimum guarantee of 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to work up to 30+ hours depending on your availability. You will be working across the greater region, supporting clients with a range of needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and assistance to clients in their own homes, including showering, dressing, grooming, bed making, and room tidying.
  • Preparing meals and setting tables for residents.
  • Engaging in social activities and building relationships with clients.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and other staff members.
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Community Services (or equivalent qualification).
  • No experience is required, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
  • Must hold a current industry-relevant qualification and be COVID-19 vaccinated.
  • A reliable vehicle, driver's license, and insurance are also required.
