Support Professional

This is a casual position for a Support Professional to deliver personalized care and support services to older adults in their homes. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual qualified with a minimum Cert III in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components), to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower Independence: Deliver support to help clients maintain and grow their independence.
  • Making a Positive Impact: Implement service plans, healthcare plans, and positive behaviour support strategies to promote well-being and quality of life.
  • Creating Connection: Offer companionship, engaging conversation, and emotional support, while assisting with personal care needs in the comfort of the client's home.
  • Helping with Travel: Assist clients with transportation to important appointments, ensuring they stay connected and supported in their healthcare journey.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert III Qualification in Aged Care, or Individual Support (must have completed aged care components).
  • Experience working with older adults.
  • Ability to follow and implement service plans, healthcare, and positive behaviour support plans.
  • Valid driver's licence.
