PBS Clinician Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote positive behaviour change
  • Work collaboratively with participants, families, and other stakeholders to achieve participant goals
  • Provide direct support to participants in various settings, including home, community, and centre-based environments
  • Conduct assessments and gather data to inform treatment decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PBS registration
  • Relevant qualifications, such as Psychology or Social Work
  • 3+ years of experience working in Positive Behaviour Support
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
