
Plant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual to fill the role of Plant Operations Supervisor in our waste management team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of various pieces of mobile plant, as well as ensuring positive and polite customer engagement and direction.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of mobile plant equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have demonstrated capability and experience operating one or more of the following plant and equipment: Dozer, Track Loader, Articulated Haul Truck, Loader, Garbage Compactor, Excavator, Hook Truck, Skid Steer, Telehandler, Drum Roller.
They will also possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a clean and sustainable environment.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 months experience operating heavy machinery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
