Your Role:
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance across mobile plant operations
- Coordinate teams for breakdowns, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentoring, and support to your crew
- Foster a strong safety culture on site
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to meet site targets
- Ensure maintenance schedules and KPIs are achieved safely, on time, and on budget
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a mining environment
- Strong mobile equipment maintenance background (diagnostics & repairs)
- Relevant trade qualification
- Knowledge of maintenance systems, reliability principles, and safety legislation
- Proactive leadership with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
- Current Australian Driver's Licence & full working rights
Pre-employment checks: Order 43 Medical, drug & alcohol screen, National Police Clearance.
