Childrens Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outside School Hours Care Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our service, ensuring that children receive high-quality care and education.
Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including planning and delivering activities, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement programs that promote children's learning and development, while also supporting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and school leaders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication to parents and caregivers.
- Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care or equivalent.
- A current Employee Working with Children's Checks (or willing to obtain).
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training (or willing to obtain).
- CHCPRT001 - Child Protection Certificate (or willing to obtain).
