Children Services Manager

A key aspect of this role is to develop and deliver engaging activities that promote learning, safety, and well-being of the children in your care. This includes managing day-to-day tasks, preparing healthy meals, and ensuring a safe and happy environment.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, including a Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in children's services or equivalent. They must also hold current Employee Working with Children's Checks, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training, and CHCPRT001 - Child Protection Certificate.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision and child management.
- Design and implement educational programs that cater to diverse needs.
- Foster a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity among children and staff.
- Prepare nutritious meals that meet dietary requirements.
- Certificate IV, Diploma or Bachelor's in children's services, Early Childhood, School Aged Care or equivalent.
- Current Employee Working with Children's Checks.
- HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management Training.
- CHCPRT001 - Child Protection Certificate.
