Performance Manager

We are seeking a talented individual to lead and navigate complex paid media accounts, driving client goals and objectives.

This role will work closely with the digital strategist, paid media specialists, and CRM specialists to enhance performance and revenue through new and supporting channels.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication
    • Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing needs across paid channels.
    • Work closely with clients and leverage internal support to set quarterly objectives, strategies, and bi-weekly tactical plans.
    • Attend relevant client meetings as needed.
  • Campaign Set Up
    • Collaborate with the Paid Media team to brief and manage ad creation and campaign setup, enhancing targeting precision and maximising campaign efficiency.
    • Explore opportunities for platform spending and align media strategies with clients' release and content calendars.
    • Oversee and optimise client campaigns across various channels, managing day-to-day activities including tracking, monitoring, recommendations, optimisations, and reporting.
  • Analysing & Reporting
    • Report on ad creatives, making recommendations for future designs and messaging based on current trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Manage budget planning and revenue forecasting, ensuring pacing aligns with targets.
    • Analyse campaign and media performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in Performance, Account or Paid Media management.
  • At least one year of experience in an agency.
  • Experience in exporting and interpreting data from Paid Search and Paid Social Platforms.
  • Comfort using data inside Excel or Google Sheet.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources.
  • Love working with emerging retail brands.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships.
  • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest ads is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for design.
  • You are based in Sydney and have Australian working rights.
