Job Opportunity

The position of Clinical Applications Specialist requires an individual who can provide technical and clinical support during the sales process. Responsibilities include training, customer service, product demonstrations, and ongoing post-sale customer support.

Key Duties:
  • Deliver expertise from product demonstrations to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver product training to customers and build solid relationships.
  • Become a recognized expert in product/clinical technical competencies.
  • Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
  • Assist the sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Improve customer satisfaction and install base retention through education on equipment utilization by customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • A degree in Nuclear Medicine or related field.
  • EPA licenses S14, IA 27, IA16, or equivalent.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Demonstrated skills in clinical PET/Hybrid CT scanning on current products/platforms.
  • A clear thinker with the ability to interpret and translate complex technical data and systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the defined region and nationwide.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking experience desired).
  • Ability to present complex material in understandable terms.
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (conflict resolution and proposal generation).
  • Proven business acumen (solution-based sales experience).
  • Self-motivated with initiative to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Team-oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
