Our organization seeks a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to support our Finance team.

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for administering and processing payroll-related tasks with precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative and transactional support to the Finance team
  • Resolving payroll errors and responding to payroll-related queries
  • Calculating payable hours, commissions, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
  • Collecting, calculating, and entering data to maintain accurate payroll records

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop ad hoc financial and operational reports as needed
  • Provide administrative support to accounts receivable and payable functions
  • Assist in general financial records management and analysis
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Proven experience in processing end-to-end payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll data
  • Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
