Job Description

We're seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Business Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and processing invoices and dockets
  • Mismatched dockets and on-site paperwork, resolve discrepancies
  • Manage and action on-site paperwork - weekly safety checklists, daily prestart checks, weekly environmental checklists, hazards
  • Follow-up on missing onsite forms and checklists
  • Following up on missing or outstanding purchase orders
  • Provide general administration support to the Project Teams
  • Maintain reports, schedules, and identify trends
  • Update and maintain the library of administration procedures
  • Ensure the follow-up and closing out of tasks are completed
