Job Description
We're seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Business Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Data entry and processing invoices and dockets
- Mismatched dockets and on-site paperwork, resolve discrepancies
- Manage and action on-site paperwork - weekly safety checklists, daily prestart checks, weekly environmental checklists, hazards
- Follow-up on missing onsite forms and checklists
- Following up on missing or outstanding purchase orders
- Provide general administration support to the Project Teams
- Maintain reports, schedules, and identify trends
- Update and maintain the library of administration procedures
- Ensure the follow-up and closing out of tasks are completed
