Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to work as a customer service representative in a dynamic team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through face-to-face interaction, phone calls and email correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients, both in-person and via phone/email.
  • Assist the warehouse team with administrative tasks, including stock management and inventory updates.
  • Prioritize and process sales orders, manage changes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or administration, preferably in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
