Customer Service Representative and First Aid Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to parents, visitors, students, and staff. The successful applicant will be required to have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, ability to juggle multiple tasks, and work autonomously without supervision.
- The position is a key part of our College community, requiring the ability to remain calm under pressure, be flexible and adaptable, and demonstrate resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills, a clear telephone manner, and attention to detail are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for providing first aid treatment to students and staff, as well as overseeing student attendances. Previous experience in an education setting will see you well positioned to succeed in this role.
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate a commitment to our College's values and have or be willing to obtain a 'Working with children blue card' and a current first aid certificate with CPR.
As a self-starter who enjoys building relationships, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong customer service focus, you will thrive in this dynamic role.
