Customer Service Representative Job

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our site in Caloundra on a casual basis 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) with the view to move to permanent full-time employment. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

The key focus of this role will be to manage the order process, including receiving stock and processing orders into the system. You will provide support to the site supervisor, receipt stock into the depot, and arrange stock transfers as required. Additionally, you will organize deliveries with different stakeholders, initiate calls with customers to confirm their stock requirements, and manage data entry activities for stock takes.

You will also raise invoices and receive payments from customers. Your high standard in written and verbal communication, good time management and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to carry out some manual tasks will make you a valuable asset to our team. Experience in inventory control, pallet control, and using SAP would be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:
