Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating attraction, recruitment, and selection processes aligned with our Talent Acquisition Strategy, designing and implementing assessment centres tailored to frontline roles, and evaluating the effectiveness of these centres and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. Additionally, you'll work closely with our Onboarding Specialist to develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new frontline employees.
