Your primary objective is to source candidates who not only meet the technical requirements but also embody the cultural values of our organisation. You will ensure that these individuals possess the skills and expertise necessary to provide high-quality support services to our participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and recruiting qualified professionals in Allied Health
  • Cultivating relationships with hiring managers to ensure smooth collaboration throughout the recruitment process
  • Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates' clinical skills and cultural fit
  • Negotiating compensation, contract terms, and job offers to align with organisational needs

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in internal or agency recruitment, proficient use of various ATS and platforms, excellent relationship-building skills, and expertise in reviewing resumes and conducting interviews.
