About The Role

As a senior human capital management consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Workday solutions to our clients. Your expertise in implementing Australian HR and payroll systems will ensure seamless integration and successful project outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity to become an expert across multiple Workday products, with a focus on HCM and Talent. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, configure the Workday solution, and demonstrate configurations through prototype configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Becoming an expert across multiple Workday products with a focus on HCM and Talent
  • Understand client business requirements, configure the Workday solution, and assist the client in testing the Workday solution
  • Work with the client to translate their requirements and legacy data into the Workday solution
  • Assist the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and 3rd party or custom solutions
  • Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday's proven solutions
  • Mentor and share product knowledge with other consultants, collaborate with colleagues and product experts to address customer challenges and streamline deployment
  • Help deliver successful project outcomes and lasting client relationships
About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of functional experience with HR and payroll software solutions or systems
  • Recent Australian industry HR and payroll experience
  • Previous consulting experience either with a professional services company or as an internal consultant
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP or similar applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
