Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Pool Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our pool facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for Defence members by supervising designated Defence gymnasiums and pools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pool staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and functionality
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, attendance, and incident reports
  • Collaborate with PTIs to ensure seamless execution of pool operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Proven experience in pool management or related field advantageous
  • Australian Drivers Licence
  • Defence security clearance (Australian Citizenship Mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
