Pool Construction Site Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced site supervisor to oversee pool builds on a subcontract basis. This role requires leadership skills, strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

The site supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing day-to-day site operations on pool builds
  • Coordinating subcontractors and tradespeople (excavation, steel fixers, plumbers, concreters, tilers, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Reporting progress and issues directly to management

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience supervising pool or residential construction projects
  • A valid ABN and own vehicle and tools of trade
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to problem-solve on site
