The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing or a related science discipline, as well as experience in sales or veterinary nursing. A qualification in training and assessment is highly regarded.
You'll be responsible for delivering expert installation, training, and technical support for our innovative diagnostic solutions. This dynamic, customer-facing role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A degree in Veterinary Nursing or a related science discipline
3+ years' experience in a scientific field, including sales or veterinary nursing

Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
Ability to provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot technical issues
Good problem-solving and research skills
Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments
Knowledge of diseases and veterinary medicine, and/or an understanding of a veterinary clinic workflow
Account management or territory planning experience is beneficial
