Key Roles

The role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, through effective marketing strategies, promotional events, and campaign calendars.

This position will work closely with the leadership team to set the promotional strategy, provide sound marketing plans, and drive visitation frequency and revenue growth for gaming customers across various offerings.

As the business owner of the CRM platform and direct marketing, this role will play a critical role in designing and developing lifecycle campaigns and optimisation across Gaming, F&B, and Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for journey management and automation workflows, driving the business towards best-in-class direct marketing.

About You

To excel in this role, you will require extensive marketing experience within a gaming organisation, coupled with strong leadership skills that embody strategic thinking, project management, and innovation.

Previous experience in integrated marketing campaign development and implementation, promotional marketing, new media/interactive marketing, lifecycle marketing, and CRM/direct marketing would be highly advantageous.

You should have excellent ability to produce end-to-end customer promotions in a fast-paced environment, with prior experience in developing and implementing strategic plans for customer growth and retention being highly desirable.
