**Job Title:** Brand Strategist

**Job Summary:

This role is responsible for leading brand management and state-wide marketing activity. The successful candidate will oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, advertising, collateral and recruitment events.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic marketing services to enable business goals and priorities.
  • Foster relationships within the organisation to provide high quality marketing service.

**Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team under competing deadlines to maximise performance outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of contemporary and emerging marketing trends and issues.
  • Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising campaigns with specific KPI's and measurement tools.
  • Knowledge of the national Vocational Education and Training sector and related implications for marketing.
  • Experience providing high level strategic marketing advice with demonstrated high level communication and writing skills.
