About the Position
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing initiatives to promote our brand and engage audiences.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have senior marketing experience, strong commercial acumen, leadership capabilities, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Enhance and promote our brand within the community;
  2. Provide representation and advocacy for us, our programs and services;
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including our Board and subcommittees;
  4. Deliver strategic insights and market intelligence to inform executive and board level decisions;
  5. Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and multi-year marketing plans;
  6. Manage customer journey, ticketing, and CRM systems;
  7. Lead and develop a high performing marketing and customer service team.
Your Qualifications / Experience
