About the Opportunity

DFP Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Web Sales Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for maintaining our business website and various sales platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Management: Oversee and update the internal website to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
  • Order Processing: Process website orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Product Listings: Manage and update product listings on the website to ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyse performance metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Content Creation: Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for various sales platforms.
  • Online Marketing: Support the development and execution of online marketing strategies.
  • Sales and Inventory Management: Maintain accurate sales and inventory records using internal systems.

About You:

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, CANVA, Photoshop, Shopify, eBay, and Kogan.
  • Payment Platforms: Knowledgeable about payment platforms such as PayPal, eWay, Afterpay, and Zip Money.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Experienced in sales, marketing, high-level administration, content creation, and/or online selling.
  • Customer Service: Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Time Management: Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
