Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Consultant to educate customers on the technical aspects of our platform and help them leverage its value and performance for their business and applications.

In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers in Singapore, working closely with them to understand their needs and requirements.

As a Technical Solutions Consultant, your goal will be to provide technical support, ensuring seamless customer experiences and fostering open communication with colleagues and customers.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in high-performance IO workloads
  • Familiarity with filesystems and strong Linux OS knowledge
  • Performance demonstrations and analysis expertise
  • Cloud hypervisors (AWS, Azure, OCI, or GCP) and Kubernetes knowledge
