We are seeking a Production Support Specialist to join our team in Oakleigh South. This role involves working closely with factory partners to coordinate production schedules and ensuring smooth production progress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Factory Collaboration and Production Coordination: Work with factory partners to ensure timely delivery and smooth supply chain operations
  • Order Management: Assist in managing production orders and tracking the status of raw materials, components, and finished goods
  • Quality Control: Participate in product quality control inspections to ensure products meet high-quality standards
  • Documentation Management: Accurately record and maintain production-related data, including order status, production progress, and cost information
  • Cross-Department Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure alignment on production schedules and priorities

Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
