About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement and optimise integration solutions that enhance collaboration, automation and productivity across development teams. This role involves managing CI/CD pipelines, developing Teams bots and extensions to surface Azure DevOps data and configuring real-time sync between Teams channels and ADO for critical alerts and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Design and implement integration solutions between Azure DevOps and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and automation.">
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines (Build/Release), ensuring efficient code flow with Teams notifications for critical statuses.">
  • Develop Teams Bots, Messaging Extensions or Tabs to display Azure DevOps data (Work Items/Boards).">
  • Configure automatic sync between Teams channels and Azure DevOps (e.g., PR alerts, build failure notifications).">
  • Maintain Azure DevOps security roles and Teams membership synchronization.">
  • Document solutions and train development teams on tool usage.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field and 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Teams integration with proven automation cases. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tooling support is also essential.
